CENTRE POINT

The focal point of the site , Centre Point , is located about 50 yards from the gate. Most of the site can be seen from here and visitors can gain an overall feel for what has been achieved.

It is intended to provide seating in this area and, when that happens, we look forward to seeing many of our community taking a rest and tak ing in the views from the site. To the North the wild flower meadow and copse, to the East across the valley to Bolsover Castle and to the South the busy M1 and perhaps a glimpse of the Solar Pyramid at Poolsbrook Country Park as it is erected.

Close by are the commemorative areas, the raised beds and the orchard.
