Membership Details

We have two main types of member, Allotment Holders, and Friends of the Community Garden. In addition to the main membership types there is a Joint Allotment Holder type, for family members jointly working one plot.

Membership in all cases is just £7.00 per year.

Allotment Growers will have additional yearly rent for the use of their plot, at present this annual fee is is detailed below:

Large Plot -£15 per year

Half Plot - £7.50 per year

Small - £3.75 per year

This entitles the allotment holder to cultivate his plot in line with the constitution and rules of the association. Plots are currently 100 square meters, although the rental of part plots is acceptable i.e. half or quarter plot.

Friends of the community garden are encouraged to contribute to the running of the site. Any other support i.e. donations of plants, help, or money, are always welcome.

In all cases a completed membership form must be provided, and on payment of fees, a membership card will be issued. These forms are available from the secretary or may be downloaded and printed in pdf format from this site on the links below.

Please note allotment holders being in breach of the constitution/aims/objectives of
the site, or terms of membership 'could' be banned immediately.
